With a heritage dating
back to 1925, Roscoe L. Chamberlain founded United Farm Agency and
opened the first office in Fayetteville, AR. His unique concept was
to provide people in urban and suburban areas with a roadmap to the
country in order to lure them to desirable properties in
rural America.

In 1928, the company produced
the very first catalog ever used in
real estate marketing. Today,
the original 1928 edition is housed in
the Smithsonian Institute
and has remained in continuous publication,
with its 75th
Anniversary Edition
released in 2003. |
