Among Larry's accomplishments are his GRI designation, Realtor of the Year for the Palestine Association of Realtors, former Palestine Association of Realtors Board President, and numerous awards from the United Country Home Office.

Cody Harris is an Associate Broker and part owner of United Country-Southland Realty specializing in Farm & Ranch, Recreational, and Commercial sales. Since beginning his real estate career in 2006, he has consistently been one of the top producing Realtors in his market and has earned several awards including the 2010 Commercial Transaction of the Year from the Texas Association of Realtors. Cody offers full real estate services including seller or buyer representation, consultation, and has acted as an expert witness in several lawsuits. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, Cody is also a graduate of the Texas Auction Academy.
Active within the community, Cody serves as President of the YMCA of Palestine, Board Member for the Palestine Association of Realtors, and is very active in his church. He has previously served as Vice President of Governmental Affairs for the Palestine Area Chamber of Commerce, State Trustee for the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee, and is the founder and Past President of the Palestine Young Professionals Network.

Janis has been serving the public as a Realtor since 1996. In addition to several real estate awards bestowed on her by the public, she has achieved the GRI designation, the Quality Service Certification for excellent service, and earned her Broker's license.
